All listed presenters have to be present during their workshops and roundtable. Chairs are expected to take charge of time management and to allow sufficient time for questions and discussion with the audience.

Please, note that the slides will have to be in PowerPoint or in .pdf and that authors will have to bring them on a USB drive to the Slides Center, inside the Conference Venue.
Notes: There will be no official provision for translation; facilitators are welcome and encouraged to make their own arrangements for translation of oral and written material
Size: the poster’s maximum size should be A0 (84cmx119cm / 33×46 inches in vertical format).

Limits to rules 3-6: posters must be readable from a distance of 1 mt.
Someone must be in attendance during the advertised poster sessions, answering questions posed by passing colleagues.
Print images adopting at least a 150 dpi resolution
Adopt at least a 60 pt font size for the title, a 32 pt font size for the key phrases, an 18 pt font size for the text
Use the same font style throughout the poster
Put on the poster a reference (URL, QR code, social media hashtag, …), if any, where the poster can be downloaded. In alternative, bring copies of the poster in A4 format (210 x 297 mm) or bring a narrative version of it, with contact details, so that they can be provided to those showing interest in the poster
