Registration

All registrations/reservations to the ICA 2022 Conference must be made through the online form.

In case of student fee selection, please provide a formal certification of inscription/attendance signed by your University. Please note that your registration will be effective only after receiving the total amount due by bank transfer or by credit card. The early bird fee expires July 10th, 2022 (midnight CET).

If you want to register a group of participants, please find below the group registration process.

Important information about Group registration

The person designated as the point of contact for the group registration will take care of registering all the participants in the group.

They will be the only ones receiving information about the full amount to be paid and the payment process.

  • Send an email to the organizing secretariat at secretariat@ica2022roma.com with the name, surname and email address of the person who will register the participants in the group. You will receive an answer from the Organizing Secretariat with the data to access the Group Registration platform within the next 24 hours (in working days)
  • You will then be prompted to create a group registration.
    • You will need to select the events chosen for each participant (social events, cultural visits) and you will also be able to book their hotel. A list of all the social events and cultural visits is available here and a list of hotels here;
    • Please be aware that, once you have registered the participants, their choice of paid events (cultural visit, Gala dinner, etc) and Hotels cannot be changed. Should you need any complementary information, please contact secretariat@ica2022roma.com
  • Each registered participant will get a summary of their registration by email and will be allowed to update their choice of Hotel (only in case the hotel has not been previously booked by your institution) and social events included in the ICA Roma Conference registration fee;
  • The person in charge of the group registration will be emailed by the organizing Secretariat with the full amount to be paid and information about methods of payment.
GROUP REGISTRATION

No Pro-forma invoice will be issued.
All participants are required to carefully check the inserted data for the invoice(s).
Any change of the invoice details (such as an address, VAT number, etc.) is exclusively possible within 3 days from the payment date and is subject to a 20 EUR extra fee. In case of doubt, please check with your company/institution administration first.

Do you want to add social events, tours, lunches, hotels and other services to your registration?

Follow these instructions:

  • Find the e-mail you received right after your registration. The e-mail’s sender is secretariat@ica2022roma.com. Check in your spam folder if you can’t find it!
  • Click on the “Onlinecongress.it” link that you find in this email. This link will address you to a summary of all the options you chose during your registration.
  • At the end of the page you were directed to, you can find a button called “Add services”. Click on it!
  • Here, you will be able to choose all the services that you want to add!

Please, note that:

  • If you chose a credit card as a payment method, to enter this page you will need to wait for the payment to be processed by the bank
  • If you chose bank transfer, you will be able to use this option right away
  • Registrations to any paid services are considered valid only upon payment.

Please, consider that receiving a payment from a not registered participant doesn’t allow us to issue the regular invoice and consequently isn’t valid until the due registration on our online platform.

Therefore, please, in order to register to the Conference you must make sure to have duly completed the registration form before making the payment.

Your registration will be effective only after we have received the total amount due by bank transfer or by credit card. The Conference Secretariat will then provide the invoice/s.

In the ‘Invoice’ section of the registration form, please also specify the fiscal address and VAT/tax code:
– In the case of refunds from your Company/Institution, please select “Company”
– If you are paying independently, please insert your personal fiscal data.

Per il rilascio delle fatture elettroniche intestate alle pubbliche amministrazioni (comprese Università, Enti ed Istituti di Ricerca), il partecipante, dopo aver inserito tutti i dati di intestazione dell’ente, comprensivi di Codice Univoco Ufficio, dovrà far pervenire copia dell’ordine amministrativo all’indirizzo: secretariat@ica2022roma.com

Conference fees:

  • Full refund for cancellations received before August 8th, 2022 (midnight CEST)

(please note: € 20 will be withheld for administrative practices);

  • 50% refund for cancellations received between August 9th and August 22nd, 2022 (midnight CEST);
  • No refunds will be granted after August 23rd, 2022 (midnight CEST).

All refunds will be processed starting two months after the Conference. A € 20 bank commission expense will be charged.

Save time and book accommodation when registering for the ICA Roma 2022 Conference!

In order to finalize your booking, you will be asked to provide credit card details, which will be used only as a guarantee of the reservation. The Conference Secretariat will forward your request and provide an official confirmation by email once the availability is confirmed.

Please note your card won’t be charged during the booking procedure, as payment will take place directly at the hotel check-out. City taxes will be charged as well:
• € 4.00 per person per night for 3-star hotels;
• € 6.00 per person per night for 4-star hotels;
• € 7.00 per person per night for 5-star hotels.

In accordance with Law 196/2003 and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 all data provided will be treated for running the course and will be added to our database to receive further invitations to similar congress.
The data owner could access all the information available to us and could exercise the rights of cancellation and opposition to the treatment as expected from the Privacy Law by sending a request to the address: secretariat@ica2022roma.com
